This chapter talks about how we welcome feedback and learn from it. Eventhough truth hurts, is very important to appreciate it and welcome it and hopefully try to make a change. If you are noticing that your partner is not giving you feedback of anything you should get worried and ask for it, because when you avoid it it might be late and have a relationship vanish. You just have to give the other person the opportunity to tell you the feedback and then things will start to run good. It is not easy to come forward and speak about feedbacks because many time is uncomfortable, but it really helps having an honest an authentic relation with the other people. Expressing your feelings and frustrations to the person is super good, be aware to acknowledge the other person's feedback, because they have been struggling in keeping this and saying it to you now. It is very important to make a pause after receiving feedback to assume what has been just said, and notice the feelings and sensations in your body. Make sure what you are listening is what the other person is trying to say, if not don't be afraid to ask questions and clear the air up for the two of you. Use the feedback to learn what the other person is not happy with what you're constantly doing or saying. Control your feelings and sensations towards handling feedback. Both people need to agree on the time to give feedback, you want to start with the right foot. You are not trying to control the other person's actions but just give feedback to acknowledge the fact that you care about that person.
